All New Members Must Start With The "On-Ramp" Class
In the "On-ramp" class, the emphasis will be on skill development and exposure to the basic movements of CrossFit. It is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes. We are going to be meticulous
about technique - both to ensure your safety and success in our group classes.
You will likely learn more about health & wellness in our On-ramp class than
most people ever have the opportunity to know!
- We introduce you to proper technique and biomechanics first, then intensity.
- We will be showing you movements that begin with the relatively simple and progress into the more technical.
- Its important that you commit fully to this two week long course and not miss any classes as these movements take diligent practice and build on one another progressively. Missed classes must be made up before going forward and will cost an additional $30.00 per class.
- There will be a workout at the end of each day which will get progressively more challenging each day.
- The difficulty of these workouts is in your hands. Your coach will instruct, motivate, and assist you in setting goals but ultimately only you can move you! The class is called "ON-RAMP" for a specific reason... i want to ramp you up to the level of intensity and output that is inherent in our group classes.
