Todd Ovall feels very fortunate to have a career helping people improve their health and has been doing so for many years and is certified by W.I.T.S. and CrossFit. He is a former state champion powerlifter, was a standout high school football player, and played collegiate rugby at the University of Montana where he majored in biology. More recently, his trainee’s won the YMCA/Toledo11 news “WEIGH IN TO WIN” program in each of the years since its inception. Todd’s functional fitness program is challenging, fun, varied, progressive and scaled to your abilities and will improve your strength, coordination, balance, agility, power, speed, endurance, stamina, flexibility, and accuracy – simultaneously.
