Great day in the gym today personally. Its weird: so many times I hit PR's on days when i wake up and feel like the last thing i want to do is workout. Is it just me? 240# Overhead Squat - then a 6:15 "Diane"
so funny u say that cuz I always do my best when I feel like working out the least...whether it be from lack of sleep,sick,or I just don't feel like it.but I have to say that for me it seems I only do better in the wods,not on the lifting.
